GOAL
Showcase new collections by transforming the local office into a showroom space in order to display the products and increase sales. Additionally, a different brand is featured every year for which an interactive area needs to be created.
ABOUT THE EVENT
A 3-week long event, where Safilo creates a showroom space to display the new collections and receive its buyers. Besides the main buying event, outside dinners at trendy restaurants are organized for the guests.
DETAILS
For 4 years in a row Lemonjoy has planned and produced Safilo’s buying days in Miami. Although, it’s always held at Safilo’s offices the challenge each year is to create a completely different ambiance. An interactive experience is created for the guests based on the featured brand’s concept.
Besides the production, extensive amounts of detail and logistics are managed. From the RSVP management and concierge services, to the hotel contract and ground transportation, Lemonjoy is in charge and lifts the weight off the client taking care of all operations. A customized menu is created based on the arriving guests preferences and their dietary restrictions. During the event, an onsite coordinator is assigned for the full duration of the event to make sure the flow is seamless, and the client’s needs are met in a timely manner.
RESULT
Each year the event reports show an increasing number of guest attendance as well as recurring guests. The event organization and flow allows guests to feel comfortable during the buying days, resulting in increased sales, which is then reflected in the brand’s presence internationally.
