SUMMIT 2025

The FIFA Executive Summit 2025 brought together key decision-makers from football delegations across the world, in the context of the FIFA Club World Cup. The event included the official plenary of the ECA – European Club Association – and featured a welcome barbecue the night before, designed to receive and connect the delegations in an informal yet elegant setting.

GOAL

To host an impactful and discreet summit that fostered collaboration among global football leaders, while aligning with FIFA’s broader strategic pillars: youth engagement, innovation, sustainability, and inclusion.

We had only four hours

to assemble the entire experience.

How

Our team implemented a pre-fabricated setup plan with modular elements for lighting, sound, staging, and decor. All suppliers were coordinated minute by minute, with real-time monitoring to ensure the experience was ready on time without compromising quality.

The venue was located in a protected coastal area

during turtle nesting season, requiring extremely low sound and light levels.

How

We adapted all technical production elements, from audio volumes to directional lighting, to meet environmental regulations, ensuring minimal impact while maintaining the ambiance. Communication with the environmental team was constant.

Rain forecast required

contingency plans without disrupting the guest experience.

How

We designed and pre-equipped alternate weather-proof areas that matched the aesthetic of the main venue. A dedicated weather monitor on our team ensured we acted proactively in case of climate changes.

Organizers were required to be invisible during the event

to preserve a seamless protocol-driven environment.

How

Our team operated through a remote command center with in-ear communication and backstage access only. All staff followed silent operation protocols, ensuring the focus remained on the experience and the guests, not the logistics.
